Product Introduction :
OHT-825/OHT-825 Ultra Low temperature Black Cationic Epoxy Electrocoat, is HLS Paint (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. the ninth generation of independent research and development of electrophoretic coating. The lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and other heavy metals, two-component aqueous dispersion resin. At the same time, inherited the characteristics of several generations of product quality, OHT-825 on galvanized steel sheet has good adaptability, almost at the bottom of all the metal material coating, such as: cold rolled steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, stainless steel plate, rubber parts, zinc and aluminum alloy plate, such as applicable.

⑵ Ripening conditions
Sample quantity: 2250~2500g
Container: 4L (Diameter 16cm)
Tank temperature: 28~32℃
Time: 24~48Hr
Mixed conditions: impeller diameter 8cm (speed 200rpm)
(3) Coating conditions
Experimental panel: phosphated cold-rolled steel plate
Tank temperature: 28-35℃
Pole ratio: A/C = 1/2 ~ 1/4
Distance of electrodes: 15cm
ED time: For full immersing 1-3 minutes ( 20 seconds soft start)
Baking conditions: (130-140)℃×(20-30)min (Keeping temperature of parts coated)
