MAC3-400H Three In One Feeder Material Rack Device , Automatic Leveling Feeder
The three-in-one feeder is a two-stage structure in which one section is a rack section and the other section is a flattening feeder head section, and the middle is connected by a steel plate.
The function of the rack portion of the three-in-one feeder is to fix the material roll on the expansion and contraction portion of the main shaft of the rack. During use, the material frame main shaft is intermittently rotated to realize unwinding.
The appearance of the material frame of the three-in-one feeder is similar to that of the hydraulic heavy material frame, but it is not a simple modification of the hydraulic heavy material frame, but a redesign from the structure, material selection and processing technology. Made.
The rack part of the three-in-one feeder consists of a frame, a spindle, a press arm device, a pneumatic arm device and a support arm device:
1. The frame part adopts integral molding, high precision, small clearance and strong overall rigidity. There are two sets of on-beam photoelectricity at the bottom, which can automatically adjust the speed of the coil discharging according to the running speed of the leveling feeding head.
2. The material frame spindle adopts reinforced structure, hydraulic pressure type expansion and contraction, double row and large pitch chain transmission, and has unique pneumatic butterfly brake. The friction brake force is generated by clamping the brake disc by pneumatic brake caliper, which makes the spindle quick. Stop rotation for precise discharge control.
3. The pressure arm device adopts the hydraulic pressure type, and the pressing force is larger. At the same time, it has the function of compensating the speed of the pressing wheel. When the material frame is automatically operated and discharged, the outer diameter of the coil can be changed, and the pressure roller can be automatically adjusted. The pressing force and the rotational speed ensure that the material is always pressed.
4. The pneumatic gear arm device is a unique three-in-one feeder that replaces the A-type iron block material.
The pneumatic gear arm is equipped to make the feeding operation of the three-in-one feeder easier, the positioning is more precise, the problem of scratching the edge of the coil is not caused, and the problem of the side slip of the coil during the discharging process is effectively solved.
5. The feeding device of the three-in-one feeder rack is used to lift the material during loading, which not only avoids the injury of the tail when the coil is cut, but also the automatic folding function to make the leveling feeder The head feed is fully automated.
