When the winding diameter of the material holder tray is increased, the torque provided by the torque motor can be adjusted by the torque control. Winding constant tension ensures that the waste is always tightly tensioned to ensure uniform waste.

When the Ruihui custom-made heavy-duty material frame is actually used, the material frame reciprocating screw moves under the driving of the torque motor, and the cut scrap is guided by the guide rod and wound on the material holder tray.

At the same time, the reciprocating screw is driven by the motor to perform left-right translational movement and to drive the guide rod to translate left and right, so that the waste is evenly wound around the material holder tray, and four more than the standard heavy-duty material holder.
