2. The three-in-one feeder feeds the flattening with higher
precision and the finished product quality is better.
The split stamping production line consisting of a single material
rack, leveling machine and feeder is a completely separate three devices, and there is a
waiting area between each device.
This makes it impossible to fully synchronize the operation and
matching of each device even if it is equipped with a frequency
converter. Ultimately, it will affect the accuracy of leveling and
feeding.
The three-in-one feeder integrates the material rack, leveling and
feeding into one machine, which makes the machine's matching
achieve complete synchronization. The control of the PLC
closed-loop system truly ensures the leveling feeding accuracy.
3. Compact structure and small footprint.
The split stamping production line needs to reserve a waiting area
between the machine and the machine, so that the customer needs to
reserve a very long space in the layout of the plant, especially
the material above the middle plate.
Often the layout space requirements are about 10 meters, and some
even need to dig the ground pit, and the three-in-one feeder
combines the three machines together, the overall body is only
about 4 meters, and there is no need for the waiting area.
